What we offer

We offer a wide range of services from the clinic to the gym. We advise an initial appointment in the clinic. Here, we can do a full assessment to get to the cause of the problem by assessing which muscles are tight and which muscles are weak. After that, we can do appropriate treatment and write you an exercise plan to take away if necessary. You can book in for a sports massage or personal training without an initial assessment. We also offer group training, pregnancy classes and mumFit classes.
